Cancelation

For a cancellation made in writing (email or post):

• 14 days before arrival date: Vacationers will receive a 100% refund.
• Between 8 and 14 days before the arrival date: Vacationers will receive a 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before arrival date: Vacationers will not receive any refund .

Internal regulations

• We will contact you a few days before your stay to prepare for your arrival.
• Arrival from: 6 p.m. - Departure before: 9 a.m.
  Possibility of early arrival and late departure to take advantage of the weekend and short stays, after exchange between us and according to our availability (free of charge in the morning until 12 p.m., with participation in the afternoon until 7 p.m.).
• The villa(s) is (are) non-smoking .
• The maximum number of vacationers admitted is: 12 for the villa Les Cerisiers and 10 for the villa Les Amandiers , including a vacationer aged 25 .
• Events, family celebrations or parties between friends are possible, after an exchange between us and respecting capacity, locations and the neighborhood. Calm must be respected from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Music is not allowed outside.
• Pets are accepted after an exchange between us and with respect for the premises.
• The outdoor swimming pool(s) are secured by a roller shutter, in accordance with the safety standards imposed by French legislation to prevent the risk of drowning.
  You agree to use the swimming pool in compliance with safety devices , namely the use of the roller shutter.
  You are aware that this device does not replace the vigilance and surveillance of children or any other person.
  The swimming pools are private with the possibility of occasional use by the owner.

Terms of Sales

• In the absence of payment on the set deadlines, or in the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations or in the event of non-execution of one of the clauses of this contract, this contract will be terminated immediately and automatically.
• The rental cannot under any circumstances be extended without the prior written consent of the lessor.
• In the event of interruption of the stay by the vacationer, no refund will be made.
• This rental is made under the usual legal charges and conditions in such matters and the vacationer undertakes in particular to:
  - only designate the premises for habitation without causing neighborhood disturbances (noise, odors, smoke, lights, etc.),
  - do not transfer or sublet this rental under any circumstances, even free of charge,
  - do not modify in any way the premises or the arrangement of the furniture,
  - authorize the lessor to carry out any repairs that become urgent and necessary during the rental without claiming compensation or a reduction in rent.
• The holidaymaker undertakes to insure against rental risks (fire, water damage). Lack of insurance, in the event of a disaster, will give rise to damages.
• The owner declares that the building has not suffered any damage giving rise to the payment of insurance compensation guaranteeing the risks of natural or technological disasters.

Security Deposit

• An inventory will be carried out on arrival.
• The holidaymaker will pay a security deposit of €500 upon entry to the premises.by check as security for damage that could be caused to the premises, furniture and/or objects furnishing the premises.
• The security deposit will be returned maximum 7 days after the departure of vacationers.

Your payment

• Terms
  - For stays of less than 7 days, a deposit of 50% must be paid upon reservation, the balance 15 days before arrival.
  - For stays longer than 7 days, a deposit of 30% must be paid upon reservation, the balance 30 days before arrival.
